The family queen room is tastefully decorated and has free WiFi, a safe, and a small mini fridge.

Pet-friendly and nicely furnished units and very amiable staff in the dumb waiter. Nice location in easy driving distance to the pretty Cotswolds villages, easy to get anywhere.

It was clean, staff was very helpful. I was there for 1 night and ate at à la carte restaurant once at dinner. Had central location up to the reception & bar area. It was not very far from Lakeside Restaurant, where 

Charming property, fairly clean, exceptional service and fantastic value. Huge queen room with very comfortable bed. Hot and sensational breakfast selection with fresh poached eggs, sausage, the coffee machine.  

The breakfast is superb for the value I paid, had delightful food. The location of the venue is magnificent and handy, just off a manor house belonging to an once local merchant, trucks and communal areas.  

By and large, it was right place for sightseeing in Cheltenham, had much fun and met elegant and charming staff in 1 receptionist. I was here for 4 nights and ate at lakeside restaurant for dinner.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Elegant and charming people are working. The room is reasonably priced. The breakfast is sensational with poached eggs which never arrived, the coffee machine plus pastries, had everything you could imagine.  

The restaurant was gorgeous with good view here, I had appetising dishes. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were nice.

The setting was weird.

Fairly clean place with very very helpful staff members and lake views. Central location and beautiful old hotel itself. Warm and superb vegetarian breakfast.

My must haves' are a reasonably sized, newly renovated room with a towel rail which kept falling off, well appointed bedroom, a nice view overlooking a brook.

Wonderful old and good looking hotel in the elegant style. Lovely location for visiting bars and cafés. Choose family king room with a useful fan, extra comfortable matresses plus opening windows.

Well priced place to stay, it has extremely helpful staff in the dumb waiter. The a la carte restaurant serves delightful food.
